Theatrum Quito Restaurant & Wine Bar would like to present as our Executive Chef , Julio Jose Avendaño Ostolaza.

Born in Peru and a student at the prestigious school Le Cordon Blue of Lima, Peru. Julio brings all of his enthusiasm, knowledge and experience to the Theatrum's kitchen.

With only 25 years old, Julio possesses a great experience in different countries like, Peru, Chile, Costa Rica and now in Ecuador. He has been from an assistant up to Executive Chef of some of the best restaurants and hotels such as PORTOFINO RESTAURANT, Valparaiso - Chile; HOTEL LA FINISTERRA, Guanacaste - Costa Rica; MIRAFLORES PARK PLAZA, Lima - Peru; RESTAURANTE DONDE VAMOS; among others.

Julio specializes in international cuisine and in Theatrum he offers to our clients a wide variety of Gourmet New Mediterranean Cuisine.
